Payment and Financial Information
We understand your concerns about the cost of quality day care
and, as daycare providers; we strive to keep our costs
affordable and competitive. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks*, money orders and/or pro-action
subsidy.
Payment Policy
Parents agree that all weekly fees (full time and part
time attendance) will be paid on the last day of care
for the week. Drop-in day care fees are payable per occurrence.
Unpaid fees are subject to immediate suspension or
termination of care unless reasonable arrangements are
made and accepted by both parties.
Full time and part time fees are based on booked days,
not attendance, therefore parents are responsible for
fees whether child attends or not (this includes sick
days, statutory holidays and vacation time). Any parent
who gives a full one month notice of temporary
withdrawal for family vacation will have their fees
reduced by 50% for the period of time of withdrawal.
Parents in Steuben County may be eligible for financial
assistance with daycare.
The
Steuben County Child Care Project (SCCP) which is a
division of Pro-Action, has a program for assisting
parents with child care expenses. The eligibility is
based on family size and income with the parent /
parents sharing the cost.

$30.00 will be charged for all NSF checks. Upon a second
occurrence of a NSF check, all subsequent payments must
be made in cash.
